This project provided a customized industrial combustion solution for the thermal workshop of a chemical plant in Zhumadian, adapted to steam boiler systems for chemical processes, meeting the demand for stable and continuous thermal energy supply during production. Tailored to the strict standards of the chemical industry for equipment stability, safety, and emission control, WEST selected high-reliability industrial gas burners with explosion-proof, corrosion-resistant, and impact-resistant features, ensuring long-term stable operation under the complex working conditions of chemical plants. Adopting staged combustion technology, the system delivers high thermal efficiency and stable low-NOx emissions, while being equipped with complete safety interlocks and flame monitoring systems for full-process safety control. Since commissioning, the equipment has operated stably and reliably, effectively ensuring the continuity of chemical production, significantly improving heating efficiency and reducing energy consumption costs, helping the enterprise achieve the dual goals of environmental protection and safe production, and establishing a reliable model for thermal system applications in the chemical industry.
