This project delivered a customized industrial combustion solution for a coal mine thermal workshop in Linfen, Shanxi, adapted to boiler systems for wellhead anti-freezing, heating, and process heat in coal mines. Tailored to the special working conditions of coal mines, WEST selected high-stability gas burners with explosion-proof, dust-resistant, and low-temperature-resistant features, ensuring long-term stable operation in complex environments. The system adopts staged combustion and low-NOx control technology, meeting the continuous heating demand of coal mine production while achieving the environmental goals of low emissions and high energy efficiency. Since commissioning, the equipment has operated stably and reliably, effectively guaranteeing the safety of winter heating in the mining area, reducing energy consumption costs, and passing local environmental and safety inspections, establishing a benchmark for a safe, efficient, and energy-saving thermal system for the mining area.
